The pieces, finally together
Not just results.
Your whole story.
A screening from last year. A result from your GP. A specialist's letter. Your health is connected. Your records should be, too.
Keep the originals. Follow comparable readings. See what changed, and take better questions to your next appointment.

Explore how the picture comes together.
Step 1 · Bring it together.
Start with the source.
A PDF from your screening. A photo of a result. Keep the original document, so the context never gets lost.
PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP. Up to 15 MB per file. HEIC and HEIF can be stored without AI reading.
Sample data only. No new tests or change of clinic. Just the reports you already have.

Made for your life
Your care changes.
Your record stays.
From a health check to your next follow-up, keep the details that matter close.
Familiar details. No guesswork.
Your lab's units and printed ranges. Clear, unambiguous dates like 05-Jul-2026.
Understanding, not a diagnosis.
Readings grouped by body system. No invented health scores, biological ages or clinical predictions.

A few things to know
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Start informed. Stay in control.
Do I need to change my clinic?
No. Lumen is a personal record that sits alongside your existing care. Upload copies you already have from a doctor, clinic, hospital or screening provider. We do not book tests, replace your doctor or access a clinic's records automatically.
What can I upload?
PDF reports and JPEG, PNG or WebP images, up to 15 MB each. HEIC and HEIF originals can also be stored, but need a PDF or JPEG copy for AI reading. Keep doctor's notes and specialist letters with your reports. Lumen does not interpret medical scan images.
How does the AI help?
With your permission, AI reads a report and drafts its measurements. It can make mistakes. Compare the date, test name, value, unit and lab reference range with the original, then confirm what to save. You can also save a document without using AI.
Does Lumen connect to my healthcare provider?
No. Lumen is independent and does not connect to clinics, laboratories or national health portals. Future lab connections are not currently available. You choose which copies to upload yourself.
Where is my data processed?
Your records may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. Hosting and AI providers can use different regions. Read the privacy notice before uploading sensitive information. Lumen does not guarantee processing within any one country.
