From your report to your health record

You choose whether to use AI

Uploading stores the original privately. AI reading is optional and requires a separate permission for the document. If you choose it, the document is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider. Processing may take place outside your country of residence. You can save without AI instead.

Check the draft against the source

AI can omit tests or misread names, decimal points, dates and units. Review every included value and reference limit. A confidence label is not proof of accuracy.

Results written as less than or greater than a number stay as text, because they are not exact measurements. Doctor's notes and scan reports are kept as documents; Lumen does not interpret scan images.

Compare like with like

Results are grouped by marker and body system. Charts keep different units separate and use the actual spacing between dates. A line connects observations; it is not a forecast.

Within range means within the limits checked from that report. Outside range is not a diagnosis. No range means Lumen cannot make that comparison. We do not calculate an unvalidated biological age or wellness score.

Keep control of your files

Open a saved report to review its readings or download its original. A report can be deleted with a confirmation step. Unfinished uploads stay available to resume or discard, so an interrupted AI request does not require uploading the file again.
